Story of my Literary Beginning!

It all started in the first year of engineering while watching TWILIGHT, the vampire story. I downloaded all the 5 movies, watched them in 2 days & loved them. Although I was not satisfied with the last 2 parts, I loved the setting, the breezy atmosphere & the romantic scenes. After watching them I felt something I had never felt before. I was in love with Bella right from the first movie until one my friend told me that the actress is a lesbian, then I had kind of a mixed feeling about her. But I loved the movies nevertheless. I was so infatuated in love that I started googling about the films for more details. That’s when I knew that these films were all based on a series of fantasy novels by Stephanie Meyer. Before that I had no prior knowledge of any sort on what a novel is or why to even bother to read them. But that’s the day something changed in me. Then I moved to Amazon & I was overwhelmed by the amounts & varieties of novels I found there. I spent hour...

3 Ways To Rescue Our Engineers From The Coming Digital Strike

Story 1 : Thousands of engineering colleges. Lakhs of Graduates coming out every year. 80% goes unemployed. 20% enter into Corporate jobs, PSUs, Teaching & Other fields. Out of 20% only 15% survive in long term. 5% leave for being unable to cope up with the work load & office environment. Story 2 : Artificial Intelligence is on a roll these days. Job sector is using technology in leaps & bounds, providing  automated solutions to its complex socioeconomic problems. Unsurprisingly, employees who are less compatible with technology are more likely to get evicted in coming years. What basically these 2 stories suggest ? On one side we have piles & piles of unemployed engineers ; on the other side we have an emergency that is gradually threatening the position of engineers who are already employed. Seems like a bad sign for our engineers. Isn't it ? But wait....Is there any opportunity under these grim circumstances that we are overlooking ? I would say ...

Are You Staying At Home? Here is 4 Crucial Opportunity COVID-19 Has Offered You

I know, you know, Everybody know…We are fighting a severe health emergency. Let’s call ourselves fighters for that reason. Yeah…we are COVID-19 fighters. And here is the fun part. We are fighting by staying updated about the preventive measures we can take. We are fighting by spreading awareness among family members. We fighting by sharing funny-yet-informative memes on Facebook & WhatsApp status. So undoubtedly, we are giving a tough fight to corona just by staying at home. So cheers to us. But don’t you think fighting COVID-19 could be altogether a boring experience especially when you spend almost 24 hours at home?  Don’t you think after 3/4 days you will be tired of tracking news day long?  So here is 4 crucial things you can do for a prolonged period to add some flavor to your day. 1) Relax Yourself A...

Few Essential Skills Nobody Has Taught Us

It's quite baffling to think how badly we do things that we are not aware of. There are few things we do without which we can't even imagine our life just like sleeping, reading, drinking, eating etc. If I move one step upward there are things like meditating, focusing, communicating, which are a little deeper or psychological sort of things. But the problem is nobody has taught us how to do them in the best way possible. We do them in our own arbitrary ways which yield mostly unproductive outcomes. It's funny how our parents & teachers insist us to read & get education in schools & colleges, without teaching us about the primary demand of education; which is "LEARNING." Nobody has taught us "How to learn?" or "How to focus ?" while study. So students are struggling to focus even after becoming a graduate.  Talking about health, every parent expect their children to stay healthy all the time without even teaching them the basic...

The Price of Awareness

You always want to be efficient in whatever you do. Don’t you? Then what stops you from making the best out of a particular task when you already have requisite expertise & skills? Why sometimes it feels like 24 hour is still not enough to produce satisfactory outcomes? The reason is that something important is missing that prevents you from managing the “Time At Hand” perfectly. Let’s say you are a software engineer working in a private company & earning 20000 per month. If someone can suggest you a way so that you can earn 30000 a month doing the same job using same skills, then definitely you would think about it seriously. This is what Awareness is all about. It’s about an idea having a mass appeal. Ideas (Awareness) help you to be efficient. It broadens your outlook towards yourself, your internal capabilities & also the surrounding as well.       Just recall how many times you have encountered regrets while scrolling face book news feed & mislead...

In any nation its human resource plays a pivotal role in bringing any major change. Apart from children almost every age group carry a responsibility of pushing the corridors of national development. Especially, People in the age group of 18 to 30, who are considered as youth, have the maximum potential to bring any change because they have the ability to shape themselves into any form they want.  The good news is that: they contribute a staggering percentage to the overall population. But the bad news is that: they are distracted. They live in a world surrounded by “Attention Sucking Parasites” of the online world.   Now India as a nation is combating some toughest battles in its history. Nerve cracking Terrorism, overgrowing population, deteriorating climate condition, degrading land quality to produce food  are a few to name. Considering the statistics what we are getting, there is no doubt that they are in a precarious position. Unless cared, there is a hig...
