Fruits from Thin Air

Box Office : 1.4B Dollar  IMDb : 8.3 Rotten Tomatoes : 96%  Well, these are the figures of Top Gun 2. But before I continue any further let me share with you a small story :   In 2015 I watched interview of a US Airforce Pilot talking about his experience. It was a nice interview. Before ending the interview the interviewer asked him to name few of his favourite movies. As you can expect, he picked "Top Gun". Then he spent couple of minutes reflecting its impact on him during his childhood days. Till that point I had no idea about that movie. Then I Googled & came to know it's a Tom Cruise movie.  So I decided to give it a try.       I watched it.  I loved it.  But I wouldn't say it was an outstanding movie in terms of its story. It was precisely good just like other successful movies that has its fair share of romance, emotion & a  decent storyline. But 2 things really stands apart from Top Gun (1986) :  1) Action Sequences :  I'm not sure how appealing

I was thirsty. But the water jar was empty from last night. So when i woke up i was quickly out riding my friend's scooty to fill my water-jar. I parked the scooty outside the supply centre & waited for the supplier to take his seat. He took his seat & run the water.  After filling the 20L jar, i passed him a 10 ruppee coin, which he calmly rejected. I felt strange. Then i paid him a strange look & he was quick to offer me a strange look too. Not a single word. Just a strange look.  There was a gentleman, around 50 years, standing next to me. Since the water supplier was working in mute-mode, so he helped me understand the situation by settin up a brief conversation. What he said goes something like "some kannda or telugu or tamil, followed by 'its not working...we are not accepting', followed by some kannada or telugu or tamil". Thank god, the middle part saved me. Then i was like "Ohh..Okay Okay".  Then both of us carried our respective wat
